We begin by meeting with you to discuss your vision, your goals, and how you imagine living in your new home. After our initial conversation, we share a proposal that outlines our services and scope. Once you are ready to move forward, we begin the discovery process together.

Discover

Every great home starts with a clear idea of what it wants to be. During discovery, we explore your architectural preferences, lifestyle, and priorities in depth. We review inspiration images, discuss functionality and flow, and walk your lot to understand its unique characteristics such as light, views, privacy, and natural context. This stage transforms abstract ideas into a focused design direction, ensuring that every decision is grounded in what you value most.

Design

With a strong vision established, we begin shaping your home on paper. The first iteration, which we call the design reveal, brings the concept to life. We focus on spatial flow, room relationships, and how the architecture supports the way you live day to day. From the placement of the main floor to the character of the upper level, we design every element with purpose and intention. This is the moment your dream begins to take form.

Refine

Design is an evolution. Together, we review, adjust, and refine until every space and detail aligns with your vision. With the design complete, we prepare the detailed construction drawings your builder needs to bring it to life. We stay involved through this stage, collaborating with your builder, answering questions, and ensuring the integrity of the design is maintained from paper to reality. Our commitment does not end with the drawings. We remain a partner throughout construction, offering support, site visits, and insight all the way to the day you take possession of your new home.
